How about some links to glass repair and cheap insurace sites, I know some are obvious, but hopefully some users can speak from experience:

    www.autoglass.co.uk
http://www.rac.co.uk/windscreens/ - seem cheaper, but they don't come to your door.

If anyone else knows any good ones, let us know :)

I'd like to give a mention to ClubVR4.

As it's name suggests... the club is primarily for Mitsubishi Galant VR4 owners... but enthusiasts on their forums discuss/offer advice on almost any Mitsubishi model you'd care to mention ;)

Good sites, which I've been using during my ongoing kit-car saga:

    PARTS:WHEELS:ADVICE & INFO:
    • Mad-about Kit-Cars - Fairly New online community for kit-car builders. Does have very active Marlin forums.
    • E30 Zone - Biggest BMW E30 community in the UK. Some very knowledgeable, helpful people on here, but does have a fair few 'Barries' on board.
    • Online BMW Parts Catalogue - Great for finding part codes and exactly what that doohickey was you just broke on your Beemer.
    TOOLS:
    • Draper Online - Draper online tool catalogue and ordering
    • Machine Mart - Tools and Garage equipment. Stores in most big towns too.
