That's handy. Now it's a site error rather than Government failure.

I mean... I'm pretty sure it's as well as government failure, but I'm sure that's how they'll spin it.

Boris is blaming the spike for testing issues... rather than what's caused the spike... I wonder who caused that then... :hehe:

Yep, that it was the Torygraph claims for the second round (first round of outsourcing was Serco).

Whilst the various governments throughout the UK have handled this dreadfully, I'll be brutally honest - they can't burden the whole blame, we the proles/hoi polloi need to shoulder much of the blame.

Too many people are just ignoring the advise, guidelines, and law regarding social distancing an the wearing of masks.

I was down in Dorset last week, and I'm surprised there hasn't been a lockdown triggered there - barely a sole was taking it seriously, no social distancing, very few wearing masks - and when I asked someone why no masks they said "we don't have covid down here" - well, you will have soon enough.

Even yesterday, back home, we went out for a bite to eat and there were people coming into the restaurant with no masks claiming not to be aware of the rules - it's not just the young, it's all ages with many old enough to know better.

You're not wrong. The kids are back at school, and the school has told parents that parents should be wearing masks during drop-off and collection - which uses staggered timings, different exits, and a one-way system. Approximate adherence: 10 percent at best. Bugger all social distancing, too.

If politicians don't know by now that the public is stupid, they probably shouldn't be in charge. But they do know, because their entire campaigns are run on that assumption.

Demand is too high because the public have been ordered to make demand too high. There's a second wave because Boris set out a roadmap for a second wave.

He is a hypothetical shop drone.

The argument is [and he wasn't the only one making it] people will just not get themselves tested rather than risk a positive result, shitty sick pay, and a potential £10k fine for putting the bins out.

"'Ello, 'ello, 'ello... what's all this then? Not wearing your mask? That's a billion pound fine."

"Sigh, let me check, I think I have some change left in my wallet. Pleb."

Didn't purchase a ticket for the other 3 seats he is also using? Not wearing a mask?

Four crimes in one... so he'll have to apply some Tory math:
"Your honour, clearly a double negative is a positive so I'm double innocent for my quad offending"
