Lo chaps Well i just finished watching this 2hr 19min acid trip! If you've seen the NightWatch then this follow up will not dissapoint, its abit more simple than the first one but the premice is exactly the same where the fight between the Light and Dark still continues. We have all the same characters and some newer ones that were introduced in the first film. As this film is the DayWatch it focouses on the "Dark" like how the NightWatch was about the "Light", the point of this film was a "who dunnit" and "end of the world/covered in darkness" type of movie where the "light" Anton is framed for murders of the "Dark" and also where he first has to find the killer and also choose between his "Dark" son and his new lover "Light" but the twist is both of them are "Great Ones" for each side. And also war is back on the cards in this film as both sides are at eachothers neck's. the cg/effects are really quite interesting and completly "unhollywood" in a sense. Overall im quite happy with this movie yet it seems disjointed but i'd prob need to watch the first one again but it still is a very interesting concept never the less. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0409904/ I cant wait for the next movie "The Twilight Watch"
Ah wow! They are doing an all sides trilogy? That would make more sense then, espeically if they explain and use the animal changing effects properly.
