I just got my brand new shiny G class (full, non-probationary) licence in the mail and I was surprised at the decency of the picture of me. SO I decided to scan them and post them here, to show: Me now (21) ................... vs ................. Me then(16)... I invite you to share yours, and/or wallow in my self loathing at the horrible picture I used to have
I don't have a scanner, but my story about my ID is great... Well, I have a learner's permit, which means I need to be driving with another driver older than 21 y.o... So when I got my permit, I didn't pay too much attention to it, but when I showed it to my friend and he said. "Mike, I didn't know you were born in 1887..." And I looked at it and it said that...I am legally the oldest man in the world...and I've aged like a 16 year old!
DigitalBlueShift, nice male pattern baldness And only at the age of 21 too! That’s flippin amazing I think the pic of you at 16 looks better though @Mr. Roboto: Technically, you could get a seniors discount, just show emm your ID and they shouldn't haste you too much Unless they just laugh their asses off (very probable)
hehe, this is 17 to 18, i didnt get my license untill i turned 18... but the hair changed drastically just to let anyone curious know, our state started doing verticle licenses for under 21's, so they'd be easier to id for buying alchohol i hate america's drinking policy
See..Maryland (my state) is doing the verticle thing too..and I was supposed to get a profile shot and a vertical permit..but no..straight on shot, doesn't say I'm under 21, and doesn't have the red box prohibiting me from buying alcohol..I think I might try it soon.
when my brother got his permit, they accidentally but "F" where the should have been a "M" so I teased him about that, but then he got it changed I still don't have anything yet though
I'd post mine but my scanner is broken and the DVLA have my license anyway (exchanging my provisional for a full license now I've passed my test )
what language is that in??!! ohhh i get it now. haha when i saw "u rnt r u" i was like WHOA. anyways nevermind </offtopic>
Technicaly, if I remember correctly, those are supposed to reflect your actual birthdate, you could get in trouble for having one that says otherwise... My cousin crashed the DMV computers when he went in to get his, his birthday is on Feb 29th
I've asked them several times if it makes a difference..apparently I should get it changed, but it's so different, it really wouldn't be used inappropriatley by a human being with a brain.
