yeah, the credit crunch hit hard, the explosions turned into Volvo product placement, the tough "kill a horse with his stare" blokes have been replaced by sparkling p00fs. The blood, gore and blood splatter has turned into on screen kisses left right and centre. The women taking their tops off has changed to men taking their tops off and the one man army carrying as much fire-power as a 70tonne tank can lumber has turned into dust and the concept has been completely dropped. The last film I saw that was half worth watching was Rambo. The only gore to see now is human centipede and saw.
