Nice engraving and the bullet shell or casing (whatever the correct name is) is also a nice touch. regarding the painting, powdercoating is a tough process, it's harder to control the imperfections. so i usually use wetpaint (the same way you paint cars) on the outside for better looks and overall finish quality, and powdercoat the inside for durablity. Regarding the price, where i paint it they charge me 14€ per Square meter. So 200usd for a whole case is indeed expensive.
