Nice! Is she the potato-based follower I saw pop-up? I shall add her back if that's her. I'm having some Internet woes at the moment, just got a new hub from Sky, we'll see if it helps. I keep having matches where I can't get any kills at all and I will be blaming that firmly on my modem/router!
Hahaha! Absolutely! It's always the tech, not the thumbs! Yes, that's her - excellent stuff. These things always better with buddies . She was having trouble at the weekend as well - started the World Tour, but every time the game was about to start, it dropped saying server error or similar. She was trying for a good quarter of an hour but not sure if she ever got in. Is it live yet?
I shall add her tonight! World Tour on Xbox is a nightmare. I thought it was just my connection until I saw others online talking about the same issue. I just could not get it to start. I enabled crossplay and it starts immediately. So they may not have the matchmaking set up very well, or there just aren't enough people doing WT on Xbox. I had an amazing World Tour tournament last night with 2 randoms. We sailed through rounds 1 & 2, taking the top spot each time. Round 1 we didn't really see anyone else! We let the other 3 teams battle themselves whilst we cashed out! In the final we team-wiped and it looked like it was all over, only for us to wipe them back out with just enough seconds to go for us to capture! World Tour can be a lot of fun!
Hey @Hex! We think we've figured it out - crossplay was always enabled so didn't look like that was causing us an issue, but it seems the game doesn't like Quick Resume for some reason. If we quit the game from the home screen then reload it fresh, it seems to connect to servers better (although it could just be coincidence and we'll continue to get fails, now I've said that). I need to get the delegate more into WT as she's all over the normal cashout games at the minute - I've told her to ping you whenever she's on just in case you're about, so apologies if there's an influx of invites. I've got year end at the moment so hoping to get some time in before the next emergency ...
Yeah, Quick Resume has never worked, so much so that I forgot all about it as I'm so used to closing the game and re-opening it without even thinking! It's a pain. That's cool! Unfortunately, it's been when the Xbox was off so far, but I'm sure we'll be on at the same time soon! I'm not sure why Xbox doesn't ping my phone when she invites me, it tells me when my friends log in, you'd think this would be more important?!
Xbox not having the patch yet is making everything a bit weird. I can finally do Xbox-only World Tours! Because we're not allowed to play with anyone else!

Getting pretty hyped for Season 4 now. I'm one WT tournament win from Emerald 4, but I have low hopes that will happen before it ends because it seems like sbmm reset when I hit The Finals and I only got in teams with level 1-10s. The sights look great, unsure if you can switch them on the fly (as I'm used to doing in Warface: Clutch), but they look good whatever! I won't have to switch to light just to snipe someone now! I'm also going to fall off that new map. A lot.
I am loving the new map, Fortune Stadium. It takes the best features from a lot of other maps and puts them together. Some of the Cashout spots are great for defending, and then someone with demat/thermite/RPG ruins your day! I tried testing out the Pike on Medium in PS, but the enemy team took it personally and made sure I wasn't alive long enough to use it much! I've also bought the .50 akimbos for Heavy, but haven't had a chance to try them yet. I went with Iseul-T as my sponsor, I just like their colours honestly. The new player cards are great, but I wish we could see them when we click on other players in our recently played/friend lists.
