    To my old eyes it looks like brass or copper with indivual grommets for each key hole.

    Excellent work on all parts. Can we wager on Bit-Tech? I'll wager the cable will be done like his mouse!

    Let me guess. Bend the brass pieces, install them pointing down and put the foam and velvet pieces in between. I think they are to prop up the rear of the keyboard for the angle support like feet. Or put them in the front for a wrist rest.
    Confused but this is a cool mod.

    All that detail

    It was Filimon's previous mods that made me go back and watch all of "Last Exile". Art Deco/Art Nouveau/Steam Punk is a deadly combination for me.
