Lovely choice. :) I must pick up a pair of HD600s someday. For now I suffice with the "poor mans" HD600, the Goldring DR150.

Have you considered the Aune T1 or Bellare HA540?

Where do they come in price wise? I'm doing revision at the moment and I'm not going to break the chain further by researching AND posting here, that takes up too much of my time already! :D

    Aune T1 = £130
    [IMG]

    Bellare HA540 = £160 to £220
    [IMG]

Sadly the Bellare has the same stupid "all the input on the front, including power" as the O2.

Currently own FiiO E07K for my AKG K451's, both a beginner entry into the audio world and already my ears want mooarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

As for hifi I inherited a sweet NAD 3020i amp but unfortunately they're only powering some w*nk sony hifi sh*t, looking at q acoutsics 2020i's or something similar - nothing too fancy, heaphones are the path I want to go down

Current kit E07K, Sony NW-HD3, Sound magic PL30 iems and AKG K512 cans, Roth Oli10 speakers and a Pioneer unit. I've a couple of other bits so ill do some photos tomorrow.
One thing I need to make a cable for the E07K, anyone able to recommend some decent connectors? Straight or elbowed is fine

I'm currently building a pair of Visaton Vox 80 for my desk, powered by a Scythe Kama Kro, but I guess I'll upgrade to a nice nuForce Icon2 in the near future. Additionally I've got some modded Sennheiser HD 202, where I drilled a few holes in the caps, to tone down the bass.

For the go I've got a Sansa Clip+ (now with Rockbox) and some Philips SHQ1200 waterproof InEars. Using this for sports basically.

A few years ago I had a NaimUniti + Visaton Classic 200 in the living-room. Damn nice kit and you basically don't need anything else, but I sold them as I wouldn't make any good use of 'em these days and I really needed the money back then.

Here is what I have in my living room.

Aune DAC/Headphone Amp -way overkill for what I need. Anyone wanna buy? (serious)

Hlly 40W Hifi AMP. Sounds amazing. (will probably want to sell this eventually as well, but first need a surround receiver)

Those are powering the speakers I built.
    Overall pic:

In our pc room I have 2 crappy HTiB satellite speakers hooked up to a Lepai TA2020 amp

I am working on planning out a RaspberryPi/Amp Build for our bedroom. I will also be building speakers for it.
I'm thinking of going with the Sten II's

A photo I came across on a hifi forum this morning, this is a serious collection of cans:

Edit: I've just noticed that looks a lot like an MSB DAC IV in the middle, which is about $4k!

I believe that was a picture of someone who was doing a massive test on head-fi.
Reviewing and comparing lots of different sets, not sure if he was intending on keeping them all!

Not to mention the Stax SR-009 at $3.7k, the Blue Hawaii at $5k, a couple of pairs of the Sony MDR-R10 running at least $5k each (rare and out of production), or the mother of them all the Sennheiser HE90 at around $10-15k (if you can find one).

    Happy it works well :)

Here's a photo I took of my modded Creative Aurvana Live. I may recable it with silver plated copper wire sometime, just for looks.

Old pics, but still have the same kit for the hifi setup, so still valid...

Cookies to whoever guesses the kit pictured.

I need to get around to taking some pics of my AV setup. I've recently (finally) buried the TV cables in to the wall, after them hanging down in an unsightly manner for only 2 years.
