For them to perform those tests, wouldn't the bloke have had to milk the one eyed snake? If so how can he not know what sex is?

I bet they're the laughing stock of the neighbourhood now ... I just can't understand that. Sex is everywhere !!! And I mean everywhere ... this brings me back to my theory : some people just ought to be shot. Clean the gen-pool a bit ... someday I'll write a book and it's title shall be "dumb and ****" in German "doof und scheiße" ... it'll be a disquisition about humanity and these guys, amongst others, will get their own chapter called "The magical birth; brainwashed to stupidity" ... People are so stupid.

Mookie and [DE]FreD_S I am shocked that you can be so insensitive putting them down like they are freaks in the gene pool.

There is nothing wrong with them at all, it is just that these poor people have been failed by society to educate them on sexual intercourse and also have been indoctrinated by religious laws.

    Sexual Education is very important.

FACT: The countries in the world that have good sexual edecuation from a early age have far less teenage pregnancies and less people like this who are lead into that situation.

And Germany IS such a country. Which is why I am so insensitive about it. The fact that sex is part of our everyday life makes it even worse. Of course I understand that it is up to you what you do or do not do, but raising your children like that in a society like ours nowadays is just weird and to some extent wrong. I mean come on sex or any sexual lust is an evil and bad thing !? Even Jesus didn't think so, if you're gonna point me to the religious part of the whole story ... didn't he invite the prostitute into is house ? If I'm wrong then please correct me. :)

    Cheers

    Fred

P.S.: In any case it's just plain hilarious ...

I agree with you on the most part but I was highlighting ta point (and it is a big one) that is is not the people at fault but society and religion.

I don't think it is funny or something to be laughed at all.

I agree that religion or at least a very own interpretation of a certain religion plays an important role in this but in what way does society have anything to do with this ? The way I see it, it was the descision of four people, namely father and mother of these people to raise their children according to their personal view of which ever religion they belong to and believe.

Maybe I'm missing something here I don't know. By giving society a part of the blame for the way these people were raised, are you trying to say that society is so decadent it made these people turn their backs on it and led to them to their descision to do what they did ? I'm tired so sorry if I'm being dumb here ... it's still early in the morning :hehe:

I find it funny because in our modern world you don't really expect something like that to occur and just the fact that it did and that these people were clueless about a thing that is so natural and common nowadays that even my 5 year old nephew knows all about it, is so weird that it is again funny, though, and that I admit, also being sad at the same time.

    Cheers

    Fred

Well it makes a change from seeing 13 year old Mums in the News!

Maybe that where we're going wrong, no sex education until you're 30. :D

What and the way you found out about sex was through Sex Education..
Quite frankly Ive never learnt anything useful from sex education apart from how abortions can go wrong, and why rape is wrong, or which horrible nasty pulsating itchy puss filled disease I can get from touching girls :D (not that its going to stop me :p ).
Infact apart from in the Lesson title, I dont think the word sex was ever mentioned...

I dont know about anyone else, but I found out about sex way before sex education lessons (heard of...not practically :D ). Infact its the Year 5/6 Playground topic...

It is quite obvious really, Sex Education has got better in the last 10-15 years(it is not perfect still though) depending on where you were 25-30 years ago it was not as good as it is now.

Yes I agree religion can play a bit part in this, quite a few religions can cast sexual acts in a negitive light.

It is society, government and the education systems responsibility to make sure people are prepaired for such important things such as child birth, if this couple has got to mid 30's and do not know what sexual intercourse is about then they have been failed.

Yeah, I slept with the teacher :D

Good point though, I wonder if in a closed society, if children were not told anything about sex/reproduction how many of them would work it out? (Those two obviously didn't  )

We never even had sex education :sigh: However, we got to watch some good 'films' in biology about 'conception' - repeatedly.

ROFLMAO :eeek: :D :hehe: :waah: :hehe: :waah: :hehe:

From the way that was worded It sounded to me like they just expected a baby to one day appear. I would blame the parents, you would think they where old enough to know by the time they where getting married. :hehe: :wallbash:

Year 5/6? Pfft, my mind was corrupted at the grand old age of 7 in year 3 when a bigger boy asked me if I was a 'virgin' and I shouted 'NO!' :sigh: Then al the bigger kids larffed and pointed and made 'euuuurgh!' sounds. I too was disgusted when I found out! hehe :)

It's quite possible they could get this far and not fully understand sex, it's not unusual at all for strict religious families not to use TV's, Radio's etc, there are a few strict Christian kids in my college who don't have things like this.
Tbh, it's not a lot different from oldern times. Sex was bad and if you enjoyed it (particularly women) it was a sin and you'd be going to hell. Most people weren't told about it untill they were seen to be of a suitable age to give birth!

I rememebr when I was 5 and asked where I came from, my mum simply said 'Well I decided I wanted a baby and then we had you!'.... so I thought I was produced in a factory similar to how dolls were made, had images of blokes sticking arms on and choosing hair colours :D

And yes, sex education does suck, as does the general attitude towards sex in this country. If we were far more open and had an attitude simialr to that found in Holland we'd probably have far less teen pregnancies and std's floating about *nods*.
