I wanted to post this good read for anyone who has a few minutes to spare. These events happened right here in Sevierville, TN where I live. This goes to show you that police corruption is in small areas too. Though this story has not been covered much because it was reported as a "suicide" but the citizens of Sevier County are convinced otherwise.

    source of article

You can find more updates in the link above as time goes by. Right now this is the source of the most extensive coverage of the events that went on.

Sorry for being it so long!

This is a joke right? I can barely read that site, never mind find any kind of corroborating links. The only thing I can find about this entire site are that one of the contributers was convicted of stalking or something. Its like Alex Jones only on a local scale.

I have to say i'm with rum&coke on this, that site seems to make no sense. And why can't a right handed person shoot themselves straight through the heart? Surely it's just a case of angling the gun correctly?

According to Ross, every official from police officers up to judges that he's been in contact with over the last few years has been bent. Or maybe just Ross is bent and his actions have resulted in his wife's suicide.

If you knew the officers and judges here then you wouldn't be suprised. They do some pretty dirty things.

@Rum&Coke - I agree that site is really all over the place, but I had trouble finding any info on his story that wasn't from the local press (which reports what the police say)

I've heard a couple different stories of what went on. The police say they entered the house after they heard a gunshot but they were seen by the neighbor inside the house struggling with Mrs. Ross. Some of what Mr. Ross says is a little strange, like not being able to shoot yourself in the heart with your right hand but if she was shot with a 9mm bullet she didn't have the strength to pull the assembly back. If you've ever shot one you'd know that it would be tough for someone not too strong.

One of my friends dad went to a bar and got a little tipsy. He started home but decided he was too drunk to drive and pulled into a church parking lot. He turned off his ignition and went to sleep. He was awakend later that night and charged with DUI because his keys were still hanging in the ignition. Rader was the judge and he thought it was funny and charged him with a DUI.

I was pulled over by a Sheriffs Dept officer for not having a net over my truck bed, and I had 1 bag of trash that was tied well and large enough to not fly out. It was barely even visible .

I guess we will find out. I like to get both sides of the story before I make a decision. I've always noticed that no matter who is to blame in events like this both sides seem to tweak the story to their advantage, even if they are sure other critical evidence will prove it.

I'll agree there is no real way to be able to give a critical eye here, while this site is a joke, small towns are usually what breeds corruption most, since there is no check or balance on a local level. Isnt there some kind of national corruption reporting database? Also, arn't judges elected in America?

Pretty sure here you can be done for the same thing, as if you have the keys and are drunk in proximity to the vehicle you are in charge of it...

Either way, whatever the outcome, I hope justice is served fairly...

Perhaps it was more to do with the fact that he had already driven under the influence before he decided to pull over?

Taps his nose and winks like an old french street drunk

Also, in most US states, having the keys in the ignition is considered intent. To pass out in your car, you have to take the keys out of the ignition and put them out of easy reach. Any descent drunk knows that. Next time tell him to put them in the glove box or the boot.

My mate used to burry them behind the back seats when he felt the need to sleep in the car, usually after pissing off his wife. But for this reason, having the keys even near the car is considered drunk in charge of a vehicle which is the offence (in Scotland any way).
