That was kind of emblematic of Lando's major weakness. Somehow Norris managed to psyche himself out, collide with Piastri and knock himself out of the race, whilst Piastri drove in a perfectly straight line.

He'll need to sort himself out if he wants to be champion.

Yeah I heard that radio traffic, and thought he was on a hiding to nothing.
I've not seen the telemetry but the move he got the penalty for did look bad on screen, no doubt amplified by Verstappen steaming in.

 

It's almost like breaking hard on a high speed straight might be a bit dangerous. Still think 10s was a bit harsh but a penalty there seemed justified. If he had the pace, he had long enough to pull out 10s to Lando before he had to stop again (when he was leading) so overall the result is "fair". Asking for the swap around is clearly a bit ludicrous as Lando wasn't involved but "don't ask, don't get" applies.
