Well Hamilton never looked at his most comfortable in the car all weekend, though I was surprised Ferrari managed to turn it around so fast.

Yeah, that's two weeks in a row that BBC news has ruined the race for me :wallbash:

Oh dear. What has Commandant Mosely been up to now?

    http://www.planet-f1.com/story/0,18954,3213_3368883,00.html

It all has to be taken with a mountain sized pich of salt though, as it the news was broken by that paragon of balanced, investigative reporting - The News of the World... ;)

Could this turn into this years Stepnygate?

    HA-HA-Ha-Ha-ha-ha-hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe..........

That is quite funny, even if it does stand a good chance of being complete bollocks considering the paper that broke the story.

Well, regardless of it being true or not, it's kicked up a complete **** storm in Bahrain:

Max won't be attending this week's race:
    http://www.planet-f1.com/story/0,18954,3213_3378720,00.html

Which is good, becuase he's not welcome:
    http://www.planet-f1.com/story/0,18954,3213_3378932,00.html

Plenty of condemnation from the teams, howling for blood:

    http://www.planet-f1.com/story/0,18954,3213_3379133,00.html

He still maintains his innocence and maintains he won't step down

Hmmm - coup de'tat in the offing?

I'd be quite happy getting rid of him after last year.

Yep there is a lot of the preverbial hitting the fan about Mosely, but then the local Bahrain lot will do anything for a good riot! All that i do is avoid the mosque's at chucking out time (by staying inside and drinking) and then come out again once its all calmed down.

Havn't spotted any of the drivers yet at the Ritz Carlton today while i was there having a drink although they did make an appearance at "Seef Mall" yesterday.

the Beautiful Bahrain Brigade are coming out in force again, making sure that the one road to the race track looks nice and clean for the tourists and the cameras (dispite the rest of the island being a bit dust bowl). One thing you WONT notice is that the rubbish trucks are on strike at the moment. Argument over pay till the next contract renewal in November.
Ah well....come on Hamilton! The weather should be good for the cars too, wind from the north and a temp of about 30 degrees at the current forcast.

One of the things I read (that really had past me buy completely) is that our Max is the son of Oswald Mosely...

Having him as a father, growing up under house arrest, and having parents that had Hitler & Goebbels at their wedding must have had some effect on Max. ;)

    Well done Robert Kubica

Whether that's a sign he's on top form though, rather than being a little light on fuel, we won't find out until tomorrow?
Whatever... him being on pole, with Massa alongside him, could make for an 'interesting' start

I'm really looking forward to this race :hip:

That was an interesting return from the loo for me, I wonder why he stopped accelerating.

Now the big question being posed by the ITV team is, "was that a break test by Alonso" :)

If it is found that was a deliberate action from Alonso...

Of course it was. He's still bitter about last year and being beaten by a 'noob'.

Bloody adverts again. Shocking start for Lewis, the BMWs doing very well so far though. Massa just sets a new fastest lap...
