That does look pretty good, no coincidence that the Evora Cup being tested by Trulli's on a similar colour scheme then? :D

The sidepods are very 'straight' compared to the curvy pods on nearly all the other cars and very subtle with the 'v' shaped nose.

Will the car be a let down to a legendary name? Id like to think not. But my hopes arent high im affraid

That front wing looks pretty complex, they've obviously been looking at everyone else's setups.

Looks like they aren't bothered about who sees their diffuser then  the front wing is pretty complicated but similar to last year's FI - apart from the big flat sidepods it's a fairly complex design. Hopefully it can keep up with at least the VR.

So Hamilton pops up at the end to pull out the fastest time of the test, a 1:19.583 - six tenths faster than Adrian Sutil in the FI. Glad they got some dry running but apparently the forecast for next week is roughly the same, should be interesting.

    Go Lewis!!
Can't help but be chuffed at that one.
Also good to see VR more on-pace when their parts did finally make it.

I must say that this season is shaping up to be quite the potential thrill... i like!

Love the new Lotus, brings back Chapman anecdotes :D

Radio control cars, maybe? Karting Jerez looks awesome!

RC cars sounds rather feasible, actually... hadn't thought of that.
Can all tracks do that, please? I want a karting Nürburgring... all 100-odd corners in 2km... :D

edit - maybe a BIIIIT longer than standard... I mean Nordschleife is notoriously long for a race track even... so maybe 5 km?

Anyone know where I could catch these races States-side? It all seems pretty fascinating and certainly beats our boring NASCAR. If there's any sort of site the hosts the races I'd would very much appreciate a link!

*Edit: Found the channel they'd be on here, but I still much prefer online viewing.

I believe the BBC do streams of free practice, qualifying and the race, but you'd need to find a proxy server to view them, what with yo ubeing in the states.

Also the FIA do an official race edit a couple of days after the race which is usually a good watch, as it's always very slick.

Personally I'd just watch it on telly. Streaming just doesn't cut it imo.

Streaming will only work if it can be done smoothly and displayed on a larger screen then whats avaible. I'd far rather listen to it on the radio and get smooter unbroken coverage than the randomness of wireless/BT internet. Why watch it on a 22" monitor when you have a 26"+ TV that will also give smoother playback? especially considering my TV licence finally is going to something worthwhile. completely agree with you there Krikkit!

seriously? I thought that the defination for TV licence meant that PC's where still exempt provided they didn't have a tuner card in them.
