The Pub Quiz was a great segment as well. They do seem to get on really well. Unlike when Lewis was with a certain Spanish driver. That one who backstabbed the whole team.

If I were them, I'd try to STFU and keep a low profile for a while.
They were the cause of Charlie Whiting defending the Stewards twice in two races now.
Both times calling the stewards slow and labelling the as the cause of their failure.

Something tells me that there are likely to be actions against them if this continues.

:hehe: Awesome japery by Dennis - anything to wind Jordan up is fine by me.

“Eddie was really spitting feathers and wanted the BBC to charge Dennis with criminal damage,” :thumb: A practical joke of maximum effect.

So - German GP this weekend.
P1 is almost over, with lots of running in the rain.
McLaren testing a new floor and diffuser, and it's a home-GP for 1/4 of all the drivers this season.

Well, I hope they brought spares, as I can't imagine Lewis's new bits will be in working order after his shunt.

But - glimmer of hope - Jense nabbed third just as the flag dropped.

Lewis looked stron gjust before his crash as well.
I reckon the difficulties are more setup issues than issues with the floor.

What I personally found interesting was Schumacher running on full-wets towards the end. INteresting in way that seems to indicate that they're assuming changing weater in the GP, and checking how much slower wets really are.

I really do hope McLaren brought spares and don't have to "red bull" their drivers now.

In other news, "privacy mode" for team chat has been barred by the FIA:

Brawn does have a very valid point there.
And yes - you're right - it would be fun to try to figure out, but you can be sure that they change it all the time, simply because tha tmeans teams are sitting there alanysing the traffic from the other teams and trying to figure out what that means.

I reckon that's the next thing the FIA is going to put a stop to after this.

And TBH, I am not entirely convinced by thsi being the right call. I mean - sure it's all for the viewership, but that also means that drivers/teams will start going "***, this ***... ***this. Alonso drive **** slower", knowing that this way they're less likely to get aired.

Woo! Explosions in the Sky montage on the Red Bull piece.

Bit sick of some of the shilly-shallying, I'm not bothered what Kobayashi eats, I want to know more about the damn racing, past or present. Jim Clark piece = win.

What's everyones take on the hispania race driver situation. Not sure about the driver rotation i reckon it's going to be based on who's raised the most sponsorship who get's the seats. Way i see this race Senna has brought more money to the team than Chandook. Reminds me of the early 90's

That's pretty much exactly what it will be. They say they want to evaluate all their drivers before finalising their line-up for next season, which may be partly true but Yamamoto is a bit past it...

I missed most of quali today but if McLaren have their usual race pace it should be a decent race, especially if the weather plays a part.

I'm expecting a very good race - the leading 6 cars are all good in different sectors, but with similar overall pace, all with top drivers. One thing that will come into it is tyre care I reckon, even with the option tyres being decent performers in the cooler weather.
