The only cheese cake I make, Ginger Cheesecake!! Made yesterday, had some for lunch today, awesome!
GF has to be credited with the "artistic" pineapple distribution.
Gingernut base, cream cheese 1st layer and sour cream 2nd layer (it is sweet and gingery tho)
I still have visions of last Christmas' "Cheesecake sweat".

it's a mint cheesecake, and I got a bit carried away with the colouring
While certainly not done to the standard displayed here this far, here's my latest effort into the glorious arts of cheesecake making. I will have to redouble my efforts in order to achieve the same level of expertise as you guys though. They look utterly delicious!
It's a simple pineapple cheesecake topped with strawberries and blueberries.
Cappuccino Dark Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake! Can't wait to slice it tomorrow.
Chocolate cookie crust, a layer of fudge, coffee flavored cheesecake middle, topped with a sour cream frosting. Decorated with more fudge and garnished with chocolate covered coffee beans.

bah. I came to this thread to boast about the marbled white/dark chocolate cheesecake I made last night, but that looks unbeatable

My cousins wedding is in a week. Our entire extended family has been conscripted to bake cheesecakes for the reception. I think there are 4 or 5 families making 5-10 cheesecakes apiece. I'll be sure to snap a picture of the deliciousness. I've baked 2 so far out of the 5 my family is making.
