He's wrong for saying pictures of what you have on your screen? Not what you have cluttering up your desk?

It's not Uni who's plain wrong mate.

Here's a pro tip, go to the first page of this thread and have a look at the images posted up, it's of the Windows Desktop, not your desk. Common guys, we've managed to do this for at least 6 years, why do we have to screw it up now?

Unicorn doesn't mean desktop background/wallpaper when he says desktop - he means just screenshot your PC's desktop, and load that image. Of course that would include taskbars and icons and such...

What he (and I) don't want to see is pictures of people's work space - that's for "my room and computer."

In that case it's a misunderstanding, though I only remember seeing 1 (one) of those.

It's a modified version of the "Implosion" skin, I can post up the config if you like it. The drives are the only bits with major revisions - they used to look like the network and CPU/RAM ones which were a bit desktop hungry.

Never messed with Rainmeter before, I got lucky finding that one!

I didn't know where to begin with Rainmeter, but that does look very tasty indeed Krikkit.

If you'd be willing to post up the config, I would definately use it.

Currently I'm sitting on a non-icon desktop with auto hide taskbar and changing desktop every 5 minutes.

 

The clock i use is in black so it's difficult to see with that wallpaper.

If you can put the config up i would put it to good use

 

Explain this auto hide

[For Win 7] Right click on taskbar-> Click properties -> Tick box that says "Auto-hide the taskbar" -> Click "ok" -> Done.

Config as requested, stick it in your skins folder. Play with it to your heart's content, I'll have another play with it tomorrow and see if I can sort the network stuff out too, see how it looks without the white bordered boxing.

The wallpaper to go with it too.

Oh, there's a quick note in the readme as well, to help get it working with the right drive letters etc.

 

After seeing the movie, I had to.
