I've never seen a setup like that, which displays do you use?

I have no idea why daverobson08 uses it, but my wife used to have a set up similar to this at her old work. 1 landscape monitor for working on and 1 portrait monitor beside it for displaying scanned documents beside her workspace. Data entry in a paperless system.

I use the same kind of setup; I find it far more useful to have a portrait monitor next to my main landscape monitor than two landscape monitors.

Same here... but I've always made sure the horizontal res of the second screen equals the vertical of the main.... otherwise you have two really tall monitor either side, which I find weird. At the moment I have 2 screens. Main is 2560x1600 and second is 1600x1200, when rotated, the second screen is the same height.... hence my desktop looks like this.

    Great for Photoshop.

@immoral. All your screens the same physical size?

I got sick of low frame rates under eyefinity so I went back to gaming on one monitor. The portrait monitors either side just feel more natural for web browsing and music players. That being said, they will probably get shuffled around again as soon as I get bored. It is the best configuration i have used for me personally so far though.

Sorry.. it was you, not immoral I was asking. Thanks.

YOu have them arranged like the screen grab, of have the middle landscape screen "centered" if you know what I mean.

Yep, that's exactly how they are arranged.

I haven't had my 20" powered up for ages, but I know I'll love it when I start processing wedding photos again soon...

I'm in minimalist gamer mode atm:

On the left we have Kaley Cuoco from The Big Bang Theory. My lord she’s a fox. That’s on my tv while the llama is on my main monitor.

I use rocketdock to hide all the icons and I used a skin pack called Lucid Icons by Leechiahan in white because the default ones just didn’t fit the theme.
For rainmeter I’m using the crooked calendar for the calendar / date in the top right corner and I’m using the system and uptime from the infobar skin. Both were found on deviantart I think. The windows 7 theme is Placebo cold with the calibri text, I found it on deviantart also.

I think this thread needs a bump! My iPhone lock screen is paying tribute to the most awesome games studio in the world at the moment :) Unfortunately it's a tribute because they're handing the last bits of Halo over to 343i and Microsoft at the end of March :'( It's been an awesome 10-and-a-bit years!

She looks a bit like Cristina Scabbia. I think Cristina is slightly better looking, but I'm biased :p

    Biased how?

I Agree that Cristina looks better, but Tarja have an ever so slightly better voice. Or maybe it just feels like Tarja is better because she is often compared to Anette Olzon... (...who quite frankly can't sing very well in the genre she try to perform in.)
