    It's a start....

    I would also stick to a colour theme:
    -Those oranges all look different shades.
    -Those icons (the ones at the top (recycle bin etc)) look out of place and fugly.

    Yep they are different shades but it's just what came with the themes, I'll look around tomorrow for some different stuff. Maybe something greyscale and some replacement icons.... as well as a different background.

    You can change the colours by editing the image file it uses in photoshop.

    I downloaded Rainmeter just to see what all the fuss is about, tried about 20 different skins and ended up with this setup 3hours later, every time i settle for a setup i end up seeing another skin i like and starting again. rainmeter is quite addictive.
