    Mojito Royale -

Champagne + normal mojito jazz = winning in all fields.

If you want a good shooter, try a Squashed Frog (on the cocktails UK site), it's bloody epic.

Another good one is a Kamikaze. :D

That, or a good bottle of Goldschlager.

I work in a bar and we do a fair amount of cocktails so I'm pretty handy with a lot of them. A Mojito is something that will always be best when made properly that just the ingredients whapped together.

I invented a cocktail the other day, 1 part Raspberry Absolute, 1 part archers peach shnaps, top up with cranberry juice and shake over ice before straining into the glass. Was trying a bunch of different mixes with some people with my shaker. It's called the Thornwood :)

also, not a cocktail per se, but a good quality hot cocoa made with full fat milk and a dollop of whipped cream on top, with a measure (or two) of dark rum, is always great to have.

Although unorderable in any bar (as a man at least) the Screaming Orgasm is a tasty cocktail - like drinking a tiramisu.

In related news: Joe makes good Egg Nog.

I'd have thought that'd be more than orderable, after a few too many..

as well as a Screaming Orgasm you could ask for a double entendre and see if the Barman gives you one.

Additional cocktail shooters KGB (layered Kahlua, Grand Marnier and baileys) B52 (to me this is Kahlua , Baileys and Cointreau) or sub the Cointreau for Amaretto for a B54.

    My own creation:

37.5 ML of good quality Vodka
    25 ML of Martini Rosato
15 ML of Agave Syrup (natural sweetener, honey like)

Shake this hard and double strain into a martini glass. Next, shake double cream until its thick and layer the cream on top of the alcohol with a bar spoon. For added effect sprinkle chocolate powder on top :)

    Xmas Pudding Martini
