I've got good news and bad news. Bad news: I've had no luck sticking to anything, tried running a few times this year and it's been really bad / painful on my lower back and feet so I think I'll have to wait to get back into shape before starting up again. Maybe stick to walking / fast walking and sports. Good news: I'll be off my meds on May 20th, and a major side effect of them was weight gain. I've started dieting again and that, with the combination of my medication reduction / getting off them should really help to kick myself in the butt to get moving and active again. The weather has been pretty poo though, so still haven't really started doing too many activities outside yet.
