    it's a shame though because 'epic' has no equals. There are no other words that have the same meaning and power in either the regular English vocabulary or the internet one

    Yeah and it was brought into general use in the English language by gamers, so I think you're right. It's a word that belongs in the internet (read: gamer) dictionary and will never have an equal.
