p.s. The CPU that i currently have is a x6 1055t @ 3.5ghz and its currently running at 27 ish desgrees idle but with a new cooler i am planning on overclocking it to 4.2 ghz

    Welcome to BT :)

A better choice would be a Gelid Tranquillo.

    Thanks :)

This seems like quite a cheap cooler, do you think it will be able to run 6 cores at 4.2 ghz?

Of course, you are going to need a lot of voltage, but it will handle it fine :)
