Getting compenents ready for my case (lianli 343) that is being powdercoated(black)/anodised(green), next on my list the 120.3 8) , paint is very thin, in need of a little tlc!

First up sand that microscopic layer of paint ready for primer, then alot of masking

also filled in those two indents on either side, flush! anyone know why they there?

    Couple coats of primer

I believe the indents are for mounting the rad on it's side. Nice looking paint job so far, matches the CD drive nicely.

pah, its not a mod until youve covered it in expanding foam, burnt the foam off, cut holes in it and soldered extra bits on, washed it out with a pressure washer and torn the whole thing apart to find a leak the size of a really small thing.

That's a wound. I had a leak in my 120.1, but luckily it was in a visible vein, I managed to get my soldering iron to it quite easily.
