    Hi guys,

What is the thickness of acrylic that you guys are using for the window?

    1mm, 2mm or 3mm or more??

    TIA.

2mm to 3mm should be fine. It does depend on how you are securing it to the case. Some rubbers can only take up to a certain thickness (and some have a min thickness). As long as it is fairly rigid.

Have a look at my window here

I think that 3mm is perfect. To me, thinner is too flimsy and thicker is a waste and like stated above can cause some mounting issues.

Would 3mm be too thick for a "score and snap" method?

I'm not sure what I have now, but I tried scoring it deeply and snapping the pieces off, and I ended up ruining a lot of acrylic.
