Ive been toying with the idea of building a water cooled PC. Not because I need one, but because I think it would be cool. To get the creative juices going could some of you kind folk recommend a case (as my starting point)

I currently have a silverstone raven, a fractal design R3 and an Antec 300 at my disposal, but I don’t think any of those are ideal for watercooling ( ive seen it done in the raven by taking out the 180mm fans in the bottom, but I didn’t think it looked that great)

    Criteria

    - Must be able to fit loop internally including rads
    - Must have a window (so I can make it look pretty and show It off)
    - I would like budget / mid range / performance suggestions (The sweet spot being somewhere between £100 and £150, but il listen to all suggestions)

What are the decent cases I should be looking at here?

Bigger is better I think when it comes to watercooling, especially if it's your first time,
Give you more room to work with
I'm using an 800D, and it's great for it, got mine 2nd hand, in your budget.
How much are you planning to cool?

    Any others?

Its cool man, i said i would listen to all suggestions. Reason being is that i have not ruled out 2nd hand, which may bring it down to a more acceptable level.

Hmmm im liking the 800d and the Xigmatek at the moment.

Im thinking of going for a drive bay res, because i havnt seen many implementations of the in-line res's looking good (which is obviously a personal thing, but only pics ive seen make them look out of place to me)

CM 690 II, less than £80 if you shop around and room for two 120.2 rads internally and has a side window.

It could be a little small though, I'm looking at a TJ07 so I can invert the mobo tray. Pricey but Cheesecake.

Yeah, but what are the chances of it actually retailing for that?
We always get ripped off, it's bound to be much higher.
But, maybe not, who knows :p
