Hmm, if u don't mind, edit this post, and only put the stuff that you're gonna get and exclude the stuff that says (none)
    Too much clutter....

Change the hardrive, aim for Samsung f1 spinpoint 1TB, or WD Caviar black 1TB.

the coolermaster v10 is a peice of crap cooler. get a thermalright ultra 120 extreme instead.

screw it. it's a prebuild. whatever, it's a waste of money.

u could save at least a grand building it yourself
the system in my sig was less than 1200 including vista 64bit

but for the prebuilt go with the v8 or v10

Then you built it wrong. :duh:

Lemme put one together, gimmeh a few minutes.

EDIT: I'm almost positive that you didn't buy from ibuypower in Canadian Dollars, can you check that out? Newegg.ca doesn't even carry some of the parts that you specified, how did you find that price?

my gtx 260 superclocked plays everything perfect
only time i see problem is with crysis warhead at 1920 maxed out with 16x aa

No way can a single GTX 260 play Crysis with 16x AA at 1920x1200 at a playable framerate. Nothing on earth can perform this feat.

    Tri-SLI ASUS MARS maybe?

...Unless playable for you means slideshow for me.

If you could put MARS into Tri-SLI, maybe. But as a single MARS is a dual-GPU card, two makes Quad-SLI, and since that's as high as it goes, putting three together would just be a waste. :thumb:

Actually, you could probably get 30fps off a single overclocked GTX 260 if you were selective about settings in image quality. I would imagine if you went back and forth between Medium on some settings and High on others, that's a target that could be hit.

Anyway, if you [bcooper56] are truly insistent on buying from IBP instead of building (or at least going to Cyberpower instead), your cooler answer is that either the V8 or the Dark Knight will suit your cooling needs perfectly well.

If you really have three grand to spend on a PC (and want to waste a lot on a prebuilt one), then go ahead. Just change these couple of things:

    - Scrap the Killer NIC! Waste of money.
    - Scrap the crap Creative sound card
    - Change the CPU cooler to something, such as the CM V8 as said
    - Get Windows 7 RC (until RTM is out); if you specifically want Vista (tell me a good reason) then get Home Premium

If it's a prebuilt. It's never going to be 'good' if you ask people who build their own.

If it's not, i wouldn't buy a case with a power supply. Especially seeing that you're looking to put a 1000 watt PSU in there anyways.

Well, you did clearly say that it plays 'perfectly' at '1920' with '16xaa' with your GTX 260 Superclocked.

Not too many ways to interpret that one.. :eyebrow:

Diosjenin, the main thing was the 16xaa, I don't think it will run even on all low at 1920x1200.

Whoops... I definitely read 16xAF. Which is much easier.

Anyway, everyone's misreading of everyone else aside, does anyone else think we should start giving this guy a $3000 (or less) configuration he can build himself?

Misconception about the NIC. It has been proven to increase fps by some bit by ign or something. Google...
