I saw that on the TV a while back, its a brilliant advert. You can tell someone put the time to think about it.

I assume its all professionaly rendered 3D graphics (which oddly enough may have cost more than it would have to set it up!) bar the car of course

It's all real, and it took 606 tries. There was an article about it on the net. The wheels were weighted with bolts so that they would roll upwards.

    Hmm that's not bad. :D

At first I thought ah yeah this advert, but it's ten times longer than the version I've seen. Now I see why it took 400 tries to get it. I wonder how long it must have taken for each try. In any case it must have taken weeks to do...

Read a bit more on google and heard that it cost £800,000 to make. Also the reason the three tyres rolling up the ramp look wierd is because they are weighted at the top so that if they are tapped they 'fall' up the ramp. That's what took the most time apparently.

Anyway I also saw that you can order a DVD with the advert, and the making of for free. Me has already ordered :D. Linkeh

Acctually it was 607 attempts to get it right, and they had enough parts lying about the place to build something like 7 of the cars, and needed 2 18wheelers to take away all the bits after :) cool!
