So i just got my HTC Desire, and i have installed HTC sync on my pc to sync up with that. But when i try to fire up the program, it complaining about not finding the file "tlib_log.dll"
Basic question but have you tried an uninstall / reinstall? does it tell you where it's expecting the file to be? If so, and the reinstall method doesn't work - it might be worth seeing if yuo can stick the software on another machine, then copy the .dll over...
