To 300 Terabytes[New Goal 14/10/07]

    We've changed it around a couple of times... It's messy.

    First we went up to 50 i think. Then down again (effectively 100). Then i don't remember...

    At one point i added on 50 TB though... A mistake since it was so messy. ;)

    I have so little storage:

    PC = 80GB
    CF = 2GB

    Total = 82GB

    184521 + 82 = 184603

    add, subtract, 100 terra or 50 down and up, confusing:jawdrop:

    ok
    Main PC = 800 GB
    2nd PC = 500 GB
    Laptop = 200 GB
    external drives = 600 GB
    other drives that I connect directly to PC to take/add data = 300 GB
    total = 2400 GB

    NEW TOTAL = 184603 + 2400 = 187003 GB

    2x250GB HDD's on main = 500GB
    1 320GB external HDD = 820GB
    2 60GB HDD on old PC = 940GB
    10GB on old HP = 950GB
    80GB on dads lappy = 1030GB
    60GB on mums desktop = 1090GB

    total: 187003 + 1090 = 188093

    Couple of qs first...
    does the spare disk in raid 5 count? and if i have 3 250gig disks as my array does that count as 500 or 750?)

    Main: 1100G (+250 lost in raid and +another 250 as spare for raid)
    test pc: 80g
    sisters pc:200g
    laptop (1 and 2 combined) 100g
    mac: 80 + 250 external

    total: 1480 + 500g lost.

    Need another 49720g or 49220g!

    189504 + 1980 + 2280 = 193764 GB

    Things change in 300+ posts. No one expects you to read the whole thread, but have a look at the last page atleast.

    I have a surprising amoutn when i think about it.

    My PC: 2*250GB
    My EHD:250GB
    My Laptop: 80GB
    My Xbox: 200GB
    Old Xbox HDD: 10GB
    Server Temp: 6GB
    My bro's PC: 120GB
    Parents PC: 40GB
    Mum's Lappy: 40GB

    My total, 1246GB which is a lot more than i thought it was.

    SO 193764+1246 = 195010

    My Total = 838
    So 195010+838 = 195848GB w00t

    So, a total of 418 gigabytes. Most of you have more then that on one drive. :blush:
