...Do not forget, that BATTLESTAR GALACTICA starts on SCIFI Tonight at 21:00 ET/PT. Looks as if you're going to get two episodes back to back; '33' & 'Water'.

It is your DUTY to watch this program, to ensure that a second season is made. SCIFI have already ordered 6 'backup' scripts for a possible continuation. So make it happen. Watch the show. You'll not be disapointed.

    That is all.

    :D

I think they did a great Job with Battlestar Galactica. Certainly alot better job then with the show Andromeda but thats a rant in itself.

Yeah, but what is it with all those sexy cyborg blondes named after numbers? ST: Voyager had Seven (of Nine), Battlestar Galactica has Six...

Hehehehe... Oh, believe me, at 9:00pm EST my kids and I will be sitting on the couch in front of the tv with a big bowl of popcorn, satellite receiver on channel 122, big class of Coke, surround sound on, subwoofer activated and lights dimmed!

so far, I'm very impressed. They actually showed it on NBC last Friday. My wife and I are hooked and I'm not a big fan of the sci-fi channel stuff.

Yea, I saw that.. Does NBC own SciFi? I think that SciFi spent a boat load of money developing the series and wants to make sure that it's a hit..

The beautiful Linda Park has brains too. She has a doctorate in psychology.
She is not, however, related to Enterprise's Grace Park.

Battlestar has to be the best SCI-FI show to hit the screen since SG1, I just hope they decide to extend it past "miniseries" status!

Umm, you do realise that only the 2-part pilot was labelled as a miniseries?

Sky have now shown 11 of the 13 episodes, and another 6 scripts have been ordered in anticipation of season 2.

Okay, little late, but damn, what a begining to the series! :)

I've seen previews to ep 3.. Is that "head" prisoner guy the original Boomer or am I seeing things?

Correct - and you'll see more of him later in the series.

Glad your liking it. The more viewers, the better chance of another series. :thumb:

Ah ha! Apollo! Okay, so it's been 25 or so years since I've seen the original series. Still, gotta give me credit for remembering that! :hip:
