Do you pee in the shower? Or do you find it repugnant? I remember many years ago in my shared second year house (4 females, 2 males) this question caused a rift that never fully healed, and I just wondered if anyone else has any strong feelings about it. Me? Maybe if I'm drunk, but there's a perfectly functional toilet three feet way from the bath...
Our showers at work absolutely stunk of piss yesterday. It was so bad that I will never urinate in a shower ever again.
Are you all ****ing kidding me. Thats actually the most disgusting thing I've heard. Whats next? Do you **** in the swimming pool? Is it OK to vomit in the kitchen sink? YUCK keep the yellow in the toilet where it belongs. We're not Patches O'Houlihan
Majority of people do it (around 75%), some because of saving water (a toilet flush is the biggest waste of water in a typical house), others for various different reasons (laziness). Comparison with swimming pool is really bad, shower is a running water, unlike swimming pool. @Fishlock: That is probably because someone was stupid enough to do it after they stopped the water .
Tbh, I tend to shower after dropping the kids off at the pool, so peeing in the shower isn't something that I encounter..
I used to have an ensuite thing at uni, if you so desired, you could shower while sat on the can. The trick was showering without sliding off the bloody thing.
I used to do this at uni as well. You could also use the loo while still watching TV on my PC at my desk. Brilliant.
That is genius! Definitely gonna give that a go. I will normally use the loo before i shower firsylt thing in the morning. I turn the shower on first to let it warm up while i tap a kidney. However, if I'm showering and all the rushing water makes me want to go, I'm not gonna stop it. It all goes down the same drain and urine is perfectly fine to drink even, unless you've got a dose. The urea is also good for the skin on your feet. If you look at the creams for cracked feet, the main active ingrediant is urea. There's an Aussie brand that uses kangaroo piss.
pee is sterile... the shower is a place to wash.... i really dont see the problem, its not like I pee on my feet
Do you pee upwards instead, to complement the shower water? After all, pee being sterile means that it's much cleaner than your average mains water.
Yeah but if you're doing it at your own shower thats one thing, but whenever I go to the showers at the i-series there is one that smells of piss. I'd always wondered why until now.
