TOOOOOOOOO Fast!!!

    No, unfortunately not the processor! The laptop in my sig has a strange problem. About 1 in 10 times, when I load up Windows XP everything happens in super speed - i.e. cursor flashes like made, double click speed is impossibly fast, all animated gifs go at crazy speed etc. The taskbar clock runs at normal speed though and unfortunately programs dont run any faster. Anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

    xp is ok(with right combination of hardware and drivers)

    2000 is ok(rock solid)

    98se is ok (but slower in some things)

    win me is just a joke

    :p lol lol ol

    i could mention old dos and win 95 or even 3.11 but whats the point cos no one rememebers them :9 ( well some of u do )

    Linus (well it seems good and solid ... I just aint got the motivation)
