Yes, but I didn't notice any in the Lamborghini, though I did specifically notice the black bits on his shoulders, as of old. Also, I'm not sure if the McLaren driver was wearing a balaclava, possibly to cover more of his skin if the driver was the car's owner, as I suspect.
Good ep all round really. Like it. That 'borg makes an epic noise, I wish we heard more gearchanges though. The overrun is the best bit, not just full bore acceleration.
I hope someone manages to get a print of the photocopy someone was making near the beginning of the show. E-Cookies to whoever noticed it.
Also noticed the box of teeth whitening on Richard's desk and the framed photo of Will Young on Clarkson's
Hell no, everyone knows what the Stigs arse looks like, I wonder in photocopier light is enough to go through his helmet visor?
This is probably old news to you lot, but today someone told me that Gran Turismo 5 includes the Top Gear circuit.
Listening to Radio 2 has it's benefits. This is how I learned that this week's "Star in a reasonably priced car" is top US celebrity petrolhead (and recently retired host of "The Tonight Show"), Jay Leno.
Hope the next big test is something a bit better, sundays cheap small car one was ok, and I bever thought i'd slag Top Gear off but i'm getting a bit bored of the whole "we tested these three cars and thought they were all poo, though we forgot about this other car which is better so go buy that one". or "this new lambo is batter than the old one because of x, y and z" and then 10 mins after driving it round the lakes "but i think the old one is still better". discuss. lol
It seems that Radio 2 is wrong as Sky show's the Star in the Reasonably Priced Car is Usain Bolt. Although, that's not to say Sky can be wrong from time to time. Sam
challenges on sunday Porsche Panamera race against postal service Jeremy in a Mitsubishi Evo vs. British Army and according to wiki the guest is Usain Bolt (like mentioned above), i wonder if they'll make him run instead of drive
I was disappointed with this episode, they were never going to beat the post via car from that distance.
I wish they would've compacted the Evo into a small cube. That would've been funnier. I thought it was a bit crap, that 'race'. The rest of the program was good though.
