Is it me, or did the Daihatsu sound like it had a V8 stuffed under the bonnet?

Yeah, I can't decide if that was dubbed or not, but on some bits you can hear it echo about and stuff.

" Currently BBC iPlayer TV programmes are available to play in the UK only, but all BBC iPlayer Radio programmes are available to you. Why? "

" Go to Radio channels home page "

I want that good proxy now :wallbash: :wallbash: :waah: :waah:

On the Top Gear blog they've denied dubbing anything over it, but I still remain sceptical :eyebrow:

If you read the Top Gear blog, the producer actualy answers that question - as a lot of people on the Final Gear forums had acused them of dubbing a V8 over the sound the Diahatsu's engine to make it sound better. In reality, what you can hear is the engine note of the chase car. Which has a V8. :)

Can't believe next week is the last one of this season! :(

Does sound great though. Sabine is back! :D

That means there has only been 5 this series? What is going on????? There seems to be 1 less episode every year.

Additional: As an Alfa Romeo owner, i approve of the increased Alfa coverage i have seen this series :)

That explains it all then, when watching Top Gear, you often forget about the chase vehicle!

Simply watch it on iPlayer. Easier, and relatively fast.
