I would have laughed more if it wasn’t so obviously fake.

Exactly which one of these segments since Top Gear came back hasn't been pre-arranged?

I was really worried last night, the thought of oliver being squished would have made me cry!

Just....out of interest i guess clarksons modification to his windscreen would be illegal?

Also, loved the crash into the wall, i thought the H&S for top gear stepped up? This looks backwards, but awesome!

My betting is that they built an identical wall, then towed another wagon through it to see how one would hold up first.

Some of the earlier series had obviously spontaneous bits, which although there was scope for them to happen, wasn't guaranteed.

I'm still not sure on this episode - on one hand it's more TG, which is a good thing, but it's becoming a little... Not sure really, it's just too forced somehow. Things like the news - that used to be almost completely ad-libbed, with a few pictures of new cars, now it's just ruined...

Maybe things will improve... Maybe not. :(

its quite arranged now, like hammond not hooking up his trailor, then doing exactly the same again.
does anyone know what the morse code said when the stig was in the lambo?

It certainly needs to be less scripted, and I'm ashamed to say that the flying Exige scared me. I've heard on the news something about mass complaints about Clarkson's continual referencing to lorry drivers killing prostitutes.

According to another part of 'The Internet', the first message was "me like cheese" and the second was "strictly is crap".

Flying Exige? I think that was the Evora. That looked like epic fun. :D

Top Gear have some decent music taste actually, they were playing F*ck Buttons when they got to Boneville. Was a decent episode, I really want that Abarth now!

    That was a very good episode indeed, and the kind of format for the best TG;

    1) Realistic Car
    2) Decent guest who likes cars, and doesn't just want to promote their album/book/show
    3) Interesting testing of some silly cars in an interesting situation

If only there were a couple more real cars...

That Abarth 500 looks bloody brilliant though, if only it had slightly fewer Abarth badges everywhere...

'Works' tweaked cars should be badged up like the lotus sunbeam. It looked exactly like a normal one but had a tiny lotus badge on it ;).

I agree - just a tiny little scorpion badge on the back, that'd be badass.

Love how they went out and bought the car the company wouldn't give to them to review...
