What are considered the best fans these days? Particularly interested in 140 radiator fans as I've an Aphacool Monsta 420 that I've been meaning to put in a loop for years now. Idea is to go as low noise as possible so noise over absolute performance. Interested in top performance and bang for buck. Would also be interested in rankings for air flow (ie not on rads) and 120s if there's a handy resource with all. rip Gentle Typhoons
