Just downloaded a few user-created tracks from tm-exchange and now I see why people went doally over this game - it's absolutely amazing fun! I'm completely hopeless at it but even still I had a massive laugh tearing round the Treasure Island tracks complete with insane jumps and upside-down finishes. I'd strongly recommend checking it out and I haven't even started multiplayer yet!

Anyone else out there a fan, or care to suggest a few good tracks and cars to download?

If you like track mania sunrise check out

    TM Sunrise Extreme
    TM Nations

    Both are awesome additions.

If you want to try some awesome tracks look for ones called Superman and Superman 2 i think they were both made by a guy called panis.

I keep hearing people mention this game, and now I've looked into it I'll definitely be picking up a copy.

It looks just like a modern version of Stunts (a game that took away hours of my childhood!)

That sounds about right, riggs - take stunts, add in very shiny graphics and an entire worldwide network of track builders and you have TM sunrise :D

Trackmania Sunrise is brilliant, first game in a long time to make me giggle and whoop while playing. And I usually quite dislike driving games :D

    Great game full stop.
There are always loads of people about online which is testament to how good it is even though it's been out for over 18 months now.
So what's everyone driving? I have a gorgeous Ferrari 328 GTB. The amount of skins and models available are amazing. I've had tussles with the A-Team van, the batmobile and even a fighter jet! lol.

No, but with a wee bit of patience you can get it for a fiver or so on ebay. I'd easily pay double that or more for a game that's this much fun

    Nations is free.

On a related note, Trackmania United is available for preload right now (unless they've sold out the 10000 copies they planned to release before the retail version).
