    I hate you. Now I want to make a curved radiator too.:D
    The design makes it so simple. Kudos on fixing all the problems with a radiator curve in one blow.
    I'm kicking myself for throwing out one of those '80s hair crimpers now. I could have used it to bend the zig-zag baffles.

    Wow that is just insane, the radiator is going to be one of the biggest focal points now in this build, sheer awesomeness.

    Wow, lots of replies since I went silent lol. Sorry, but I was pretty much living in the garage this past week trying to get this done by the due date. Well, the good news is, I finished it in time. :clap: The bad news is I couldn't get it to power up. :wallbash: Some kind of short in the wiring prevented anything from running more than a second, and me with no time to troubleshoot.

    Regardless, here are the final pics (power to lights and fans provided by spare psu). Enjoy, and I'm off to sleep for a couple days. ;)
