Hey guys, was wondering if any one can help me with my problem, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but Razer Support can't help me. The problem is my cursor frequently encounters a "stutter" affect which I can only describe as if I'm suffering from Parkinson's. Here's what it looks like whilst using Paint to show the cursor movements. Now I've ran through the deal with Razer as mentioned, my mousepad surface is the Razer Sphex, all the latest drivers are installed correctly, and the settings are set at 3500DPI at 1000Hz. I'm using Windows 7 64Bit, and I've checked that it's not the Razer itself as I tried my older Razer Deathadder which only went up to 1800DPI and it encounted the same problem. Out of coincidence I needed to do a fresh reboot for other reasons, and the problem still happened, so I ask now have you guys ever had the same problem or know some one who did? If so can you please help me as any one would know Razer products cost a lot and for them to behave like this is a rather pain in the arse. Thanks.
try running it without the drivers, just let windows auto-detect and install them. Never had an issue with my deathadder and vista or windows 7. I never installed the drivers for mine either, just let it auto detect and it worked fine.
1. Is not your uneven mouse pad due to problem, if so, then change a new one. 2. Or move the mouse pointer when beating unstable. 3. Start Windows after the examination of the mouse driver installed correctly. 4. To use antivirus software to kill about viruses. 5. The mouse and the host interface to re-connector. 6. Use the same model to try. If the problem disappears, is caused by the mouse hardware,I suggest you to buy a new mouse.
Hmm problem still occurs without any drivers, might just get a different mouse and try and get a refund.
I know I'm bumping a three month old thread but I didn't think it deserved a new thread. http://yfrog.com/3mfxiz Finally got a chance to record and upload it, excuse the quality, using an iPhone.
I was going to return it, then it "fixed" itself, and it comes and it goes. I stuck in a cheaper Razer Deathadder (1800DPI) and the issue happened again.
I had a similar thing happen to me with my lachesis at first. Try turning off any mouse acceleration in windows themselves, and turning the speed down in those options. Solved my stutter...
