Other TSSTcorp CD/DVDW SH-S183A PROBLEMS

Hi there,
I've got a big porblem here... My samsung TSSTcorp CD/DVDW SH-S183A doesn't work properly.
1. when i insert a dvd, it makes some noise like it's reading, but it doesn't do anything. And when i go to my computer my Dvdw drive is'nt in the list...
2. I tried some thing to put a stop to this.. like opdating the driver version via: http://www.samsung.com/be/support/download/supportDown.do?group=&type=optical-disc-drive&subtype=Others&model_nm=SH-S183A&disp_nm=SH-S183A&language=&cate_type=all&dType=D&mType=FM&vType=&prd_ia_cd=05051400&model_cd=&menu=download but it says i have to run sfdnwin.exe when i do this.. the screen poppes up, but then my drive doesnt show up in the box where it should be and I can't update...
3.I went into device manager and there was a yellow exclaimation mark beside it. When I double clicked it I had a message that said "windows can not load the device driver for this hardware. The driver maybe corrupted or missing (code 39) I tried "check for solutions" but got nothing.

Looks like a problem with the filters in the registry.

i tried using microsft FIX IT but after i used it i still had the same problem

Did you try doing it manually?

 

i tried manually and i didn't work after. A little pop up told me htat it might not function well or something like ...
