This video has been requested for a long time.

Let me know what you think! :D

Part 1: I describe an old beige case I found and demonstrate the tools and products neccessary to mod and paint your case with a Turbine style front intake. You'll learn how I install a front fan duct in a bezel and apply body filler (Evercoat brand)

Part 2: I show you how to sand the body filler with a Mouse Sander so it's ready for paint. I then walk you through the steps in painting the bezel and case panels with "Plastikote" brand "Engine Enamel" spray paint.

    Part 1

    Part 2

Excellent work (as always), Bill. I've been a fan (hehe) of this mod for a long time.

Oh, and "Behold, the power of [ youtube ] tags!"
    removed video dupe

Also, way to go posting this here, while it's still "coming soon" on your site. :brrr:

Thank you capn! fixed the links :D

    Great! It's a 4.5 size hole saw

Use at least "18 TPI" size jigsaw blade for cutting metal & plastic (TPI = Teeth per inch)

    That's awesome.

I felt a little sorry for the Beige case though when you said "Don't Worry, it's not gonna be beige!"

You should have done the mod and re-painted it beige for that "factory Overclocked" look!

Yes, we were thinking of building a total sleeper Gaming Rig in Beige sometime :hehe:

I installed a 120mm fan in the chassis with an air duct mounted in the bezel, theres not enuf space for a fan to be sandwiched between the bezel and chassis, if thats what you're asking?
