Anyone tell me how to? I'm trying to follow a tutorial in creating pixel art and I'm struggling to locate the option. Gah! :wallbash:

With marquee tools, yes, but not really with brush/pencil/paint tools.

With the line tool, I think it's unavoidable (I'd be happy for someone to tell me otherwise).

With the pencil, are you sure you've got it down to 1px, normal mode at 100% opacity?
If you have, and it's still applying anti-aliasing, try loading the square brushes palette and go down to a 1px wide brush with that.

Specifically the line shape tool. When I draw for instance a cube with it and then fill the surfaces, it leaves a tiny white line round the edges ruining the effect. I know it can be turned off because the various tutorials say so, however I cant seem to locate the option!

    ok then,

There is a box to enable/disable anti-aliasing if on the line tool you select the 'fill pixel' option for it (the right hand box of the second tool group from left. Not have it as making a shape/path. Then instead of stuff for dealing with shapes and the target layers there'll be a bit for opacity and antialiasing.

Sorry if the descriptions are a little vague, i can take screenshots if you need any more guidance. (makesure you also turn off AA with the fill tool when you are doing it btw.)

    Hope that helps

    Alaric.
