Windows Turning off automatic reboot before OS Starts

    I've got a problem with my brothers laptop, it goes into the XP loading page, then the BSOD comes up for something like 0.001 seconds, then reboots. Can't see the message as its waaaaayyy too fast for me to see, I just caught the blue background.

    So, how do you turn off automatic reboot before I can get into the OS? I've seem someone do it before, but can't remember how.

    Try holding down f8 as it loads. that should get you a menu which will let you start in "safe mode". :thumb:

    Can't even get into safe mode or any other option, it keeps restarting the computer!

    There is definatly a way to turn off automatic reboot before you get into the operating system, its just I can't remember how and I need to know!

    Nope, not in there...

    I want to see what the BSOD says, might just press random F keys and see where I get!
