Build Advice Typing from my new build

    Started this morning and ive just finished building my first PC :clap::clap::clap::clap:. It went so smooth its unreal!!

    Coulpe of questions, should the cpu cooler be running all the time?
    Is there anything i can run or tweek or do too see my PC performace Temps ect??

    Yes to question 1.

    CPUID do a number of monitoring programs.
    CPU-Z
    HWMonitor
    PC Wizard
    The later 2 do temps.

    You could always use the system monitor gadget which when CoreTemp is running can give you CPU temps as well.

    A little clarification on capnpedro's post. Speedfan is used mostly to control fan speeds in your case. HWMonitor is more geared toward just reading temperatures.

    I have used HWmonitor and it is very good, for temps and everything like that,it doesn't let you control anything though. just something to bare in mind.
    Well done on on your first, and hopefully not last, build. :D
