    ok, im sure u all look regularly anyway... but check out mini-itx.com, specificaly the Gumstix PC and the T-Cube

    Makes me wonder the possible potential for one of these mp3 players... i mean, they must have a CPU, and after the hillarity of buying a 4gb MuVo and just butchering it for the 4gb MicroDrive (MUCH less than actualy buying the microDrive!) recon we could do something with the remaining 'power' that there is? Would put the Linux-on-a-XBox hackers to shame!! LOL

    imagine trying to case mod one of those babies, only enough space for 1 led. only way to make windows in it would be with dental equipment/ :hehe:

    haha t-cube rules :p

    who amungst us doesnt want a t-cube. It just seems reallly hard for the avg home person to make something like that. yet i guess once thats built software would be easy right? some embedded linux OS and your rolling. Yet with a computer that small you really cant do anything with it, i wouldnt imagine a HDD would fit nicly in there! and the flash memory thing well, thats damn expensive is it not.

    well it sure is a cool toy, but thats about it, but then im not really all that creative!

    It doesn't use Linux, it uses an OS called.... T-Engine :rolleyes:

    The new 1.5" HDD's would fit in there quite easily.

    yup... the 4 gig one does anyway!!! and YES! it IS just a normal CF Micro Drive!! and YES! they ARE much cheaper than a plain 4gig microdrive! and YES! you CAN then bosh in a 512mb CF card and still have a 512mb player!

    OH MY FREAKING GOD!!! Why did I never ever ever ever think of that. I run a freaking dental office, man and I also have foot speed control, god damnit, Im modding my stuff at work from now on in the back room. And if you try to stop me I'll pull your teeth out.
