    Assassin's Creed and Far Cry had always been released at the same time on PC and console. IIRC?

    Sounds like they are trying to make positive media articles in preparation for upcoming games. Only time will tell if any other games will follow.

    after watchdogs a lot of people will be skeptical of the next big ubi release.

    What do you think pirating a game is then if not stealing ? Because if you are going to claim you were making a backup of a legitimate copy the law is very clear on that subject. http://theesa.com/policy/antipiracy_faq.asp#3
    Even if you try to excuse your "need" to pirate a game you legitimately own because you couldn't wait a few days, that doesn't excuse that you also helped in distributing an illegal copy to other people who may not own a legitimate copy.

    If the game been bought and is being downloaded before it's available in his country I can't really see where there's a problem. Not all ways of getting stuff involves torrenting and uploading to others.

    Well Ubisoft promising to treat PCs better didn't last very long, or maybe it was just a PR stunt.
