    Gee, there's a HUGE surprise :p

    I was going to say i'll download it when I get decent internet next month, but then it just dawned on me that I'll be going to linuxfest on Sunday and I usually walk out of there with a pile of new distro CDs. :D

    Still running 7.04 here. Might get a new SCSI drive to put 8.04 on. What's the basic installed footprint?

    Well, I'd like to point out that I'm using Xubuntu 8.04 on VMware and I'm happy to see that it recognizes the Virtual mouse and the Virtual Graphics Engine out of the box; and no more crazy high resolutions during install. However, I still get the message "You do not have VMware Tools installed".
