as title suggests really.cause i've just got me a nice Abit AN8 32x (cheers BUFF;)) and Im setting it up now...
    cheers

EDIT: was wondering what other peoples experiences were like with it and if it was buggy etc for example if it realtime really kept up with the need for more power etc etc when overclocking? i read briefly on their site what it is but wasn't sure if it was the kind of expectation of what cool and quiet was and turned out to be a bit of a bad idea.
does anyone use it when overclocking like have it enabled whilst their running overclocked settings?

Cool and Quiet lowers your frequency and vcore when not doing intensive tasks, therefore reducing the speed at which your processor is running. Therefore you do not have cool and quiet enabled when trying to overclock.

I have the AV8 with the 3rd eye and uGuru, basically it allows your to OC through the software, and control fan speeds n stuff and save it as a profile.

    Yep.

I use it to underclock my PC when I leave it on downloading overnight etc.
It has profiles so you can underclock and slow fan speeds as one profile, and have max oc and max fan speeds for gaming etc in another profile.
Both easily selectable in windows software. :)
