It will be funny at morning. Also probably end of May's career.

If you look closely, you can spot the moment when Theresa May's political career leaves her body.

Conservatives: Down 16 on the 2015 seat result; Labour: Up 34

She just out-****ed-up David Cameron. Impressive feat.

Drink it slowly. The way the Pound is going, we'll be drinking cheap cider soon. The one in 2L bottles.

Exit pollsters only really focus on the battleground seats and take the previously safe seats for granted. There is a lot of discord out there, and the Tories' lead might be a lot smaller than you think.

I'd make a point of lying in an exit poll anyway - just to piss in their coffee.

The irony is that Conservatives made it pretty much impossible to go in coalition with Lib Dems or SNP due Brexit. So it is really down to the "others".

Cripes. The thing is on Brexit, we seriously do not know what Corbyn's line will be. Sure officially they want in the single market, but he's been against that for years until he realised it was tricky as leader.

I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that the people still lie to the pollsters after voting conservative, but I'm worried.

IF he gets in his crazy minimum wage thing will kill us. We can't work this hard and earn less than £10 per hour while paying that to 16yos! We would have to dump one of the shops for sure as the zero hours thing makes no sense in a beach cafe as it won't fetch much for the same reasons.

Well... Those are just the poles, like the ones that said that the UK would never leave the EU and Trump would not win.

Theresa May wanted to leave the Single Market, so what does it matter if Corbyn decides to?

His line is that when it comes to EU negotiations, jaw jaw is better than war war. And frankly his Brexit team strikes me as more competent. Remember, the Brexit negotiations were going to be led by that strategic genius Theresa May, who has just lost a landslide-scale solid majority election advantage against Jeremy Corbyn.

    Democracy is a bitch, no?

Funny thing is I remember the Tory sympathetic newspapers and the like claiming May played a blinder by calling an election, as it was sure to strengthen the Tory position in parliament.

As Churchill said, the worst possible system apart from all the others.

Sure Keir Starmer is sharp. But who knows who gets the job if they get in.

Getting away from the silly pics thang (I considered googling laughing gnome, but managed to growup in time), I'm trying to see what this means.

If the exit poll is dead on, you would end up with either Con supported by DUP :eeek: or the Lab+Lib+SNP+PC+Green+SF+Waif+Stray. Now I'm highly uncomfortable about approaching the DUP with a 20ft disinfected bargepole, particularly with the messy situation at Stormont. However the latter will means some distinctly unscenic negotiation with the phrase "Enhancing the Barnett formula" likely to show up sooner or later.

Lib refuses to go in coalition with anyone. I can only see one option for Lab even getting them in any kind of coalition is by commiting in writing that UK will not Brexit, or at worst will aim for EFTA and nothing else.
